The parking lot is a multi-story structure (20 spaces / 1,620 yen per night / advance reservations not accepted).
Height restrictions apply (vehicle height: 1.55 m or less, width: 1.82 m or less, length: 5.30 m or less).
If the lot is full or if your vehicle exceeds the height limit, we will direct you to a nearby paid parking lot that is not affiliated with us.
According to local tax regulation in Tokyo, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 100 - for room rate between JPY 10,000 and JPY 14,999 under per night.
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate between JPY 15,000 and over per night.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Cancellation policy is different for each rate plans. Please check rate plan details.
Dinner is served from 05:00 PM to 11:00 PM. (Last order until 10:30 PM)
Fitness bicycle rental is available by advance booking at an additional charge. Bicycle rental is available only to guests staying in Comfort King rooms. Bike rental is subject to availability.
For reservations of “10 or more rooms per day” or “5 or more rooms per day and 15 or more nights in total,” the following group cancellation policy will apply.14 days before: 20%, 7 days before: 50%, one day before: 100%. For group guests, the hotel will contact you separately after confirming your reservation.
Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. (Last order until 02:00 PM)

The hotel does not provide airport transfer service.
Please use public transportation when visiting the hotel. The nearest stations are Hamamatsucho Station for JR, Daimon Station for subway, and Hamamatsucho Station for monorail.
The Meal-inclusive rate does not include meals for children sleeping for free. Additional fees apply for children's meals if adults book a meal-inclusive rate.
The property accepts payment in PayPay. For details please contact the property directly.
The property adopts central air conditioning system for the whole building. Guests are not able to adjust air conditioning and heating on guests rooms.
【Air Conditioning】The air conditioning in the property is centrally controlled and cannot be switched between heating and cooling for each room.
Although the number is limited, we also lend out fans and heating appliances at the front desk, so please let us know.

【Notice Regarding the Demolition Work of the NABEYA Building Behind the Property】
Demolition work will be carried out on the NABEYA Building located at 1-9-3 Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, behind the property, during the following period. Construction-related work sounds and noise may occur.

Period: August 4, 2026 to June 30, 2027
Working hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
(No work on Sundays and public holidays)
Noise-generating work: Scheduled to start at 10:00 AM
Noise-generating work is expected to take place from late August 2026 until around late May 2027.

【Safety and Noise-Reduction Measures】

The construction company will install soundproof panels and sheets around the construction area and conduct the work while taking measures to reduce noise and prevent debris from scattering.
Traffic control by the construction company is also scheduled to take place on the surrounding roads.
